Roller Sides for S1 Plus

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, including all parts and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3D Printer Incompatibility

If the Infinity Flow S1 is not compatible with your printer, please contact us at contact@infinityflow3d.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to determine if the issue can be resolved through adjustments or support. If we’re unable to provide a solution, you may return the item for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange rather than a full return for damaged products.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used items that are not defective or incompatible
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Items damaged due to improper use, modification, or incorrect installation
  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
