International Availability
International Shipping FAQ
Can I buy the S1 outside of the US or Canada?
Unfortunately the S1 is currently only available in the US and Canada at this time. Each country has it’s own regulations and certification requirements for imports which we need to follow. We are currently working through getting these certifications for different countries prioritizing the ones with the most demand.
Can I buy the S1 as a kit to avoid certification requirements?
No, selling the S1 as a kit wouldn’t bypass CE certification. If a kit can be easily assembled into a working device, it’s still considered a finished product under the rules. Plus, selling a kit would create challenges for warranty, support, and the overall user experience, so it’s not a practical option.
Are there any exceptions for international shipping?
No, there are no exceptions at this time.
When will the S1 be available in Europe?
We’re planning a crowdfunding campaign this summer to raise funds for CE certification. If there’s enough interest to justify the cost, we’ll start shipping to Europe. Sign up below to get notified when the campaign launches!
How can I help bring the S1 to my country?
The best thing you can do is sign up for our international email list and encourage others to do the same. We’re expanding to new regions based on demand, so the more people who sign up, the sooner we can ship to your country.
Why is CE certification required to import to Europe?
CE certification ensures that products meet the EU’s safety, health, and environmental standards. Without it, the S1 cannot be legally sold or cleared through customs in Europe. To comply with regulations and provide a smooth buying experience, we won’t ship internationally until all necessary certifications are in place.
Which countries will the S1 be available in next?
Right now, we see the most demand from the EU, Australia, and New Zealand. Because of this, we’re working on expanding to these regions first.
