Common Questions

Pre-Order Questions

Why is the S1 available for Pre-order if it already has reviews?

If the S1 is available as a pre-order it simply means that we have run low on inventory and your order will take longer to ship. Instead of not allowing customers to purchase when inventory runs low, we allow pre-orders at a discounted price. It is easier on our team and you get a better deal! Win Win!

When will my pre-order ship?

On the S1 product page there is a lead time estimate for pre-orders. This is an estimate as to when new orders will be shipped. If you ordered a while ago your order will likely ship faster than what is listed as the current lead time.

Where can I see tracking information when my order ships?

You will be sent an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. You will also be able to check the status of your order through your customer account. Every customer is automatically signed up for an account after their first order.
