When you place an order with Infinity Flow 3D, a customer account is automatically created for you. This account is linked to the email address you used at checkout — no extra sign-up needed.

How to Log In

  1. Click the Account icon at the top right of the site (desktop) or at the bottom of the menu tab (mobile).
  2. Enter the email address you used to place your order and follow the instructions.

What is a Lead Time?

A lead time is the period between when you place your order and when your order is shipped. Lead times can vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and order volume.

 

Our Standard Lead Times

  • In-stock items: Usually ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Pre-order or backordered items: Lead times will be shown on the product page. You’ll see the expected shipping timeframe before placing your order.
  • Custom or special orders: May require additional handling time, which will be clearly communicated during checkout.

 

When to Expect Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times will then depend on the shipping carrier and the option you selected at checkout.

Where can I see tracking information when my order ships?

You will be sent an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. You will also be able to check the status of your order through your customer account. Every customer is automatically signed up for an account after their first order.

When will my pre-order ship?

On the product page there is a lead time estimate for pre-orders. This is an estimate as to when new orders will be shipped. If you ordered a while ago your order will likely ship faster than what is listed as the current lead time.

Why do some pre-order products already have reviews?

If a product is available as a pre-order it simply means that we have run low on inventory and your order will take longer to ship. Instead of not allowing customers to purchase when inventory runs low, we allow pre-orders at a discounted price. It is easier on our team and you get a better deal! Win Win!
