Infinity Flow S1 – Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is provided by Infinity Flow 3D Printing LLC (“Infinity Flow”) and applies to the Infinity Flow S1 (“Product”).
Warranty Coverage
Infinity Flow warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date the product is delivered to the customer, as confirmed by the shipment tracking information. (“Warranty Period”).
This warranty applies exclusively to Products purchased directly from Infinity Flow, which includes purchases made through:

For all Kickstarter orders, the six-month limited warranty begins on a fixed date of January 1, 2025, regardless of when the unit is received. The warranty for Kickstarter units will therefore remain valid through June 30, 2025.
This fixed-date policy is in place because we do not have consistent, reliable delivery data for all Kickstarter backers.
Please note:
- If your Kickstarter backer survey is submitted late, your unit may be delivered after the warranty period ends.
- In such cases, Infinity Flow may, at its sole discretion, choose to offer repairs or replacements, but is not obligated to do so under the terms of this limited warranty.
What Is Covered
During the Warranty Period, Infinity Flow will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts,
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit, or
- Issue a refund only if the issue cannot be resolved through repair or replacement.
If the issue is traceable to a known component or part listed in our Replacement Parts Catalog, that part will be sent free of charge.
Repaired or replaced Products are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, mishandling, or improper operation
- Electrical damage caused by power adapters other than the included 12V, 2A AC-DC power adapter (use of a third-party power adapter voids this warranty)
- Failures resulting from unauthorized modifications to the electronics or internal components
- Damage due to external causes (e.g., accident, abuse, fire, flood)
Use of custom side panels does not void the warranty, provided the internal mechanisms remain unmodified.

- Include the original order number or Kickstarter backer number when contacting us.
Shipping Terms
- For customers within the continental United States, Infinity Flow will cover all shipping costs related to warranty claims, including return shipping of defective units.
- For customers outside the continental U.S., including international and remote regions, all shipping costs (to and from) must be covered by the customer.
Transferability and Territorial Limitations
This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable. Products that have been resold, gifted, or otherwise transferred from the original purchaser are not eligible for warranty coverage.
This warranty is only applicable to Products that remain within the authorized sales and service regions as defined by Infinity Flow 3D Printing LLC. These regions are listed in our International Shipping Policy.
Products located outside of these supported regions are not covered under this warranty, regardless of the method of export or delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, Products transported through freight forwarding services, third-party logistics providers, or any form of international redirection not initiated by Infinity Flow.
Infinity Flow reserves the right to deny warranty service, parts replacement, or technical support for any Product operated or maintained outside of its designated service regions.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Flow shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product or from any breach of warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, revenue, profits, or data.
Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Consumer Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
